The romance was bland.
Everyone's reactions to anything were out of proportion. Sometimes too little, such as when AJ read the instruction to get naked. Sometimes too much, such as when Sweetie yelled in surprise at AJ turning up (despite no indication that she knew anything more than that AJ was there to pose for a painting).
The sex scene was as good as nonexistent. Even IKEA erotica has better sex scenes than this.
The basic concept was fine, but the implementation was lacking.
nice story, just a bit of more effort can get you better 👍🙂
