Equestria Girls. Pinkie Pie and Twilight are out shopping for a party the next day. The carefree, happy mood evaporates when somebody is rude to Twilight, who is recovering from a medical issue. Twilight returns serve and attempts to tear the woman a new one, but when she's finished, Pinkie Pie is crying. Dismayed, the two leave the store. It's going to take a bit of intervention from a certain stone-faced older sister to let Twilight know that Pinkie isn't upset for the reason she thinks she is...

When the truth comes out, it starts in tears, but it will end in much-needed (and wanted) cuddles.

The night is young. It has been a week since the Battle of the Bands. An argument breaks out at a dining room table, with three teenage girls. Someone gets thrown out.

Even unable to sing well, a siren is never silent.

This is how it feels to be Sonata Dusk, right now.

After the Battle of the Bands, Sonata finds herself dumped by her friends and ends up staying at Canterlot High, hopefully with the help of a few of the students and two new kids she can fit in, hijinks are sure to ensue

When Sonata Dusk, alone and homeless, comes to my house, I show her around my magical secret garden. (A one shot)

After the battle of the bands, the Dazzlings return to there home. Adagio starts to blame Sonata and Aria for not being strong enough and Aria starts to yell back. Sonata try's to stop the fight but both Adagio and Aria Yells at her to butt out. Tears fill Sonata's eyes and she runs to her room for the night, listening to Adagio and Aria yell for several more hours. The next day, Sonata slips out of the house with some pocket money and just spends the day by herself, after all she didn't want to be yelled at anymore.

She heads to the park where she runs into Fluttershy.
Then to the Zoo, with a meeting with Pinky Pie.
Then to the mall, and Rarity Boutique.

It has been weeks since the defeat of the Dazzlings, and Sunset Shimmer's friendships have only gotten stronger. Whilst finally relaxing in the times of peace, Sunset discovers an old enemy: Sonata Dusk. Strangely alone and apparently homeless, Sonata's luck seems to be at its all time low.
Seeing a little of herself in the former siren, Sunset embarks on a mission to help Sonata find friendship.
