Not going to read this, just going to tell you: Your premise is all wrong. Sweetie Belle would be receiving extra sympathy and attention because of the accident. She wouldn't be deemed a freak.
Well, I think I'll follow the story, though, as far as I'm not sure about AB and Scootaloo, Rarity would never just abandon Sweetie like this, and would be the first to defend her from other ponies. 'Beautiful heart', you know.
