Me too, I couldn't figure out how to add the backstory without it being clunky to be honest. Plus I couldn't decide between something destroys it and she just outlines everything. So I'm leaving it up to the imagination.

Is that a bad thing? Is there somthing I could add? I'm up for advice. I sort of wanted it to be up to the reader to decide what happens.
Edit) i cant add a backstory chapter. according to the contest rule 1 says it has to be a whole story "not a chapter to begin a longer work." I'm still willing to add to this story though. Let me know if you think of anything!

Not knowing what destroyed Equestria is fine, but it would be nice to at least watch Twilight’s descent into insanity and desperation play out to the point where she enacts her plan as written here.
Don’t think it’s something you absolutely have to do, though, if you don’t feel up for it. This is just my opinion I’m giving.

Oh sorry I just assumed that was it. That's my bad. Your opinion is valid and I appreciate hearing it. I think you have a point but I'm not sure I have the writting skills necessary to do something like that. I'll sit and think on it a bit. (I also maybe was super distracted by the people turning into ponies that I didnt think about that part to hard) Thanks for your feedback!
