Ch3 Edit: Nice buildup so far, got great chemistry between them, and obviously more thought going in than any average clopfic.
Very fun read, always love Sunburst clop stories. While I normally find that style of writing then to easily run wildly out of control, normally leading to a messed up plot, it is always fun to feel the passion behind it. I am looking forward to see where this romance leads to.

Well things are shaping up well with the story now I wonder if Sunburst would enjoy having Shining role play as himself. And conveniently Cadence is elsewhere for the weekend so plenty of shenanigan's can happen in the meanwhile.
I'm confused. If this is about a m/m relationship, then why is the title all about getting a marefriend?
I really like this story, is so well written and the clop is nicely done. I honestly don't know where this story is going, and I like that, since some plots can be predictable (or maybe that's just me, I'm not much of an m/m connoisseur) I'm looking forward to the next chapter!

You have made me feel many diverse things in many diverse ways.
Well this story keeps getting more and more interesting with those three in the game, at first I though it was floundering a in the sex and intrigue/friction. I can't wait when the real tension would start. Keep it up.
Ah, the adult store trip. I love how the Author actually got it right. Chapter very well done.
I think ill leave a few tips for those of you that never went to an adult sex shop.
I'm not sure about the rest of the world, but in the US, Sex shops or adult toy stores have had a sleazy reputation pre 1990's Some time during the late 90's many stores started really changing their look. What happened here in Florida was the sex toy shops basically coppied the feel and layout of high-end electronics stores. Really nice inside, well lit and friendly staff who walk up to you and ask if your finding everything ok, and they do it as if you're looking at a cell phone display.
If you want to be left alone, wear tight clothing. These places have massive shoplifting problems. Wearing baggy cloths means every employee and a few of the customers are going to keep a serious eye on you. Most stores give customers rewards for turning shoplifters in.
Don't be afraid to talk to the employees. The employees aren't embarrassed, and they get the weirdest questions, so nothing you're going to ask will surprise them. And expect good questions that they will use to help you pick the right product.
There is really only one rule. An unspoken one. You never walk up to and start talking to any other customer, ever. Major taboo and the fastest way to get asked to leave by the staff. The staff watch out for their customers like a hawk. Stores go out of their way to make customers feel safe when shopping there.
Oh, and if you buy something that takes batteries, they will open the box right in front of you, and put test batteries in it to prove to you that it works. They do this because you can't say it never worked and demand they give you a refund. Because once you leave the store, they will not take sex toys back. If you don't understand why, you need help.
If you're going over your banking records, or credit card statement, you may find a strange company listed with an odd name. Many Adult stores hide their name when dealing with banks for your privacy. So what you purchased may show up under "XYZ Limited" Or XYZ Enterprises. Some generic unassuming name. This isn't all of them, but more and more are doing it.
And last, expect to find everybody there. Lone women, lone men, straight couples, gay couples, gay singles, and old ladies who look like they should be knitting on a porch, not stocking shelves at a porn shop. (All kidding aside, my local store has the friendliest grandma working there. I kid you not, she looks to be in her 80's.)

This isn't what I was expecting going into this chapter, but damn was it good.
The wordplay alone in this chapter sold me on this story.

This was originally the first chapter, but then I kept wanting to add more and more context to it and wrote 20k words of preamble. Still, I'm glad everything is coming together.
nice to see an update on this story again, keep it up. After rereadiong the story it sounds like Shining is on his way to grow his own goaty, looking forward to see how it turns outfor him
I can't imagine anything more terrifying than someone walking into a dream of mine like that. You did a disturbingly good job of painting it with words.
The infatuation and craving Shining feels, and the way they play with him beyond his control... just excellent.
And aggressive, teasing Sunburst pushes so many of my buttons it's not even funny.
I cannot wait to see where this goes.
Nice chapter I wonder if Flash Sentry will somehow coming into the picture in all of this drama? Nice to see that Cadance seems to rationalize her feeling and those of Shining. Keep it up.
