Reboot of Tagged Story, Need Alien Ideas

So, I'm going to do a reboot of the tagged story that is more in line with the original Ben 10 series, but instead of using any canon aliens, Spike's first ten aliens will be fan-made. Right now, I only have one idea for an alien, and I'm wondering if anyone can help me with the other nine aliens. Any help would be appreciated, and here is the information about the one alien I do have in mind

Transformation Name: Hyperstream

Name of the Species: Lumarian

Home Planet: Lumaria

Physical Appearance of Hyperstream:
Hyperstream has a lithe, yet muscular body covered in silver fur with faint bioluminescent stripes that shimmer with energy. His eyes are a striking electric blue, glowing with an otherworldly intensity. Pointed, cat-like ears sit atop his head, twitching with heightened senses.

This feline-inspired Lumarian is adorned with intricate patterns resembling feline markings across his body, adding to his mysterious and alluring appearance. With his enhanced strength, speed, and durability, Hyperstream moves with the fluidity and precision of a hunting predator. His portal-opening ability allows him to unleash devastating punches from unpredictable angles, leaving his foes disoriented and off-balance.

In addition to his combat prowess, Hyperstream's sonar capabilities and space survivability further solidify him as a formidable alien warrior, capable of navigating any environment with finesse and power.

These are just some of the people that she developed for her stories.

All interesting ideas. I did have one more idea recently, an alien that is capable of shrinking to the subatomic level and can rearrange things on the molecular level or completely disassemble them at an extremely high speed
