Post civil-war, Equestrian scientists and engineers across the world exhibit incredible technological advancements, such as the ability for earth ponies and pegasi to use magic. However, Equestria's unsustainability and overpopulation crisis further threatens the prosperity of the civilization. To search for a solution to the world's dilemma, Celestia and Twilight devise a secretive exploration project known as "Starship Ponyville 327000". Its goal: to launch hundreds of soldiers and scientists into the farthest reaches of space to discover other habitable worlds. Amidst these things, a brave new hero is born, bringing an even more serious threat with her.

This story is a sequel to Starship Ponyville: Mystic Acoustics

Not long after the Statera conflict, the Satyrn ventures across the galaxy on the Starship Ponyville, rocketing into space to search the stars for a place to found new Equestria. Under the leadership of Celestia, Twilight, and Sylver, the ship is set onto a number of courses towards locations of interest. However, the mission digresses when they're attacked on an asteroid excavation a few light years out from Equestria.

It had been a perfectly ordinary day for Twilight. She'd gone about her business, then she'd come back to her library, she'd said Spike goodnight and she'd curled up in her bed, ready to sleep the night away. She didn't think there would be any reason for her to wake up. She would have never been able to guess the reason.

The cover image is taken from picture number 233462 on Derpibooru, which I cannot link directly as per Fimfiction's rules, since it contains gore.

Sunset was simply curious, at first, and it really hadn't been anything more than a way to start the conversation. Twilight's reaction, though, had definitely piqued, and she wasn't going to let the matter slide away so easily now that things had turned out like that. Though she certainly didn't expect such a coincidence.

Deep, deep below the city of Canterlot, the facility has slept for hundreds of years. There was never a reason for someone to go there. But now, Twilight has agreed to take Celestia's place as the one who shall carry things out should the worst happen. And that means she must be made aware of the procedures she will need to go through. It's for the good of Equestria, and the whole world, after all.

Sometimes, running is a very efficient method not to run out of time. And Twilight certainly has every interest in making sure she doesn't run out of time, and therefore in doing things as efficiently as possible. She wouldn't want to be late, after all.

Twilight didn't ask for her consciousness to be ripped from her mortal frame as her world was torn asunder, only to be forced into manifesting onto an ethereal plane as the all-seeing avatar of Logic and Magic. In fact, she didn't really get any sort of say in the matter. But Pinkie got there too, so that was at least something.

Spike and Starlight became friends the moment life put them in the same castle. As they grew closer over the years, they didn't think anything could break their friendship.

Unfortunately, all it took was one night to throw that belief into chaos. Now, they have to not only work together but battle their own doubts and insecurities to figure out a way to fix the broken bond between them.
