Sequel to: My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic - Off the Record

Time has passed, and Rainbow Dash has finally gotten her hooves on a spell to free Alex from his stone imprisonment, through her work as a Captain of the Royal Guard.

During that time, she's made enemies, and she's made mistakes that she only hopes she can be forgiven for. But, Finally, she gotten a lucky break, and finds the spell she can use to bring Alex back to them.

Now she's ready to resume her old life, no matter what is thrown at her... But, things always tend to get complicated, don't they?

Going back in time, The Doctor takes his companions to the early years of Princess Luna, and Celestia.

On the way, they see the defeat of Discord, The destruction of the Crystal Kingdom, and the eventual transformation of Luna, into Nightmare Moon. All the while, they're searching for the answers to the Elements of Chaos, and the role that they played in these events.

And in the end, everypony will see the Princesses in a new light.

Now, he and Spike must set out to Manehattan in an effort to make things go back to the way they used to be.

On the way, they meet all sorts of new ponies. From a cheeky butler, to a creepy middle aged pony named Cuddly.

Can they catch the Rainbow before they run out of time?

After a long day of flight practice with Scootaloo, Rainbow Dash discovers the filly knows next to nothing about preening and takes it upon herself to teach her.

Sky wakes up in the Everfree, totally alone and scared, and she doesn't remember anything. But just as the predators draw nearer, she is rescued by a pegasus named Gentle Breeze. Six years later, they are about to marry, when Sky's memories suddenly return. But these memories are not what she was expecting, and threaten to completely overthrow the wedding plans.

Pinkie Pie challenges her friends to play a game in which they take turns being evil, with the rest of the players tasked to thwart the evil schemes. The stakes are high, and all of Ponyville is caught in the middle...

Divide, some poor sod who prefers his days monotonous and plan-able, gets pulled into Equestria through magical seepage when Twilight completes Starswirl the Bearded's final spell. Once there, he finds that all ponies, sans the Elements of Harmony, are inexplicably attracted to him. While fighting off hordes of horny horses, the mane six and Divide must find a solution to this enigmatic equestrian ethos—or find a way to deport him back to his own dreary dimension.

Abderus was the first human to travel at superluminal speeds. His departure from Earth didn't go to plan, though, and now he finds himself marooned on an alien planet.

Cale was just a normal guy. Mid twenties, decent job, his own place. Nothing special. But one morning he vanished, only to wake up in the mystical world of Equestria. Meeting this world's ruler - a pony by the name Celestia - he'll find that his life will never be the same again.

When you wake up naked in a strange bed you can feel uncertain. When the person asking how you feel is a ‘talking horsie’ you can find it hard to focus on anything else. When they seem so unimpressed when they already have talking Cows, Sheep, Diamond Dogs, Zebras, Dragons, River Serpents, Buffalo, and Minotaurs then you might as well just keep your head down and do farm chores and try to gradually get used to this all.

But when three infamous fillies ask you to do something then perhaps would have been better to say ‘no’ and leave your life quiet and uneventful.

Set from sometime not very long after Discord’s puppy-eyes and reform to where I gamble and have the season 4 opening threat dealt with on the day of the coronation and Equestria Girls start only two days later.
(EDIT: Though from the spoilers/teasers it seems the vague references to the threat missed by so far as to obviously be referring to something else...)
