In response to threats of a griffon attack on Equestria, Twilight responds with a letter detailing just why such actions would prove unfavorable for them.

Following directly after the events of Dragon Ball Fusion Reborn and pre season three finale in MLP:FiM.

After Vegeta's spirit faded into hell's oblivion, the sayian prince thought he was going to resume where he left off.

He was unprepared to what happened next.

She couldn't have made it herself. A solitary bookkeeper, long disillusioned with the "dream job" of maintaining the Canterlot archive, becomes the unwitting guide to a panicked Princess of the Night in the deepest recesses of their voluminous libraries.

Deep underneath the shelves and scroll racks, through the perilous and twisting caverns and gnarled trap-laden corridors, he realizes she isn't just seeking a getaway from the pedantic Canterlot politics. She's seeking to destroy an evil as old as the night sky itself. An evil that...well, she couldn't have made it herself...

After the events of Megaman Classic Dr. Wily gathers the Robot Masters and decides he's fed up with the world, choosing to start again somewhere else with his and his rival Dr. Light's robotic creations. He uses the teleporter to reach Equestria. When his inventions have proven to be useful to ponykind Celestia takes him under her wing, watching his every movement. She doesn't trust the man from another world. Is she just being judgemental because she can't stand his ego and his twisted philosophy, or are he and his 'sons' really a threat to her country?
My own interpretation of Wily and the Robot Masters, heavily influenced by his portrayal by the band 'The Megas/Entertainment Systems' and in the manga 'Megaman Megamix/Gigamix', which is what I got the cover image from. Caution, this is a darker Wily than in the games.

Outer space is a quandary for Celestia. She has existed for a long, long time, but even she doesn't know everything. She owes it to her little ponies though, to protect them from every possible threat that could arise. To that end, she explores far and wide as the years go on. During her everlasting quest for knowledge, she meets somepony she did not expect.

When Twilight Sparkle suggested they all go see the new racy movie that just came out of Canterlot, Dash was all for it. Now she and her friends have to sit through a horror movie that also has kissing and hugging and all kinds of weird stuff. No pairing. It's a Bible Black fusion that doesn't get cloppy, though it does poke fun at the tropes of pony clop.

Since her return and rescue, Princess Luna has been looking for some way to properly honor the six mares who saved her from herself, but nothing she has been able to think of has seemed meaningful enough to repay her saviors.

Nothing, at least, until she spends Nightmare Night in Ponyville, and gets to actually know the six ponies to whom she owes such a great debt. She realizes she enjoys their company, and wishes for them to spend more time with her, that she might grow closer to them.

So, in accordance with many fine and ancient traditions, and after thinking it over for a good...couple of hours, easy, she proclaims that she shall marry all six of them. Oh, and that Twilight will be marrying Celestia, too.

Now would be the appropriate time for everypony to panic.

Vinyl Scratch wakes up to find herself the personal student of Princess Celestia, sent to the obscure village of Ponyville to oversee preparations for the millennial Summer Sun Celebration.

Vinyl can only imagine two possible explanations for what has happened: she has tumbled into an alternate universe where she's Twilight Sparkle, or, after everypony telling her she'd do it eventually, she's finally gone and lost her mind.

Alternate Universe tag is obvious. Missing though, is the Drama tag (oh wait, they have that now--fixed!), and the "She's Finally Gone and Lost Her Mind" tag, which may be substituted by a CrazyPinkie emoticon.
