Sunset Shimmer talks to Twilight about her feelings of idolization towards Celestia, and about the person she can only become without her.

Takes place during Rainbow Rocks.

Darkness. It was a strange and ominous thing. It creeped through every crack and absorbed the light. The murkiness was clouded and it filled Sunset Shimmer’s eyes as they slowly peered open. She looked around, dazed and confused on what was happening, and where she was. The smell of forest filled her lungs as she stood up slowly on her feet hooves. She paused, her hooves. She screamed, ’What?!’ She examined the rest of herself. “Oh no no no no, this can’t possibly be right!”

After finding real friends for the first time in a strange dimension of odd creatures, Sunset Shimmer has finally decided to return home to Equestria in the hopes of apologizing to Princess Celestia for her betrayal. Instead, she is greeted by an attack from the Royal Guard, and a pursuit across nighttime Canterlot that ends in disaster.

Can two injured ponies who hate each other so much manage to survive the Everfree Forest and return to civilization, or are they just doomed to be eaten?

It was just a normal day in the new castle of Princess Twilight Sparkle, except for a few incidents. As the King of Chaos, the Princess of the Night, the Element of Laughter and two old enemies decide at the same time reveal their love for her. What could go wrong? Well, simply everything.

One night, while checking the book for any new letters from Sunset, she finds a sorrowful confession. Meanwhile after the events of Rainbow Rocks the Dazzlings have gone their separate ways.

After the Sirens' episode at Canterlot High, Sunset Shimmer finds herself being approached by monsters that live in the human world. Living as a community by the name of the Convocation, she starts receiving requests from them to act in their behalf every now and again.

This is an episodic story following Sunset's adventures as an agent of the Convocation. You can pick it up from pretty much anywhere! The first chapter explains a few things, though.

Sunset begins to correspond with Twilight though the Princesses' book, and she's gonna need a lot advice to get through the scary but strangely satisfying experience called Friendship.

Sunset Shimmer isn't exactly fitting in at Canterlot High, but she's changed her ways and is slowly making amends for her past behavior, but she still hasn't grasped all the differences between pony society and human society--a point pressed home when another thing she's taken for granted changes in front of her very eyes.
