They called it conversion. The last desperate act to save an entire sapient species from the spread an effect none could have predicted, one that threatened to slowly, painfully wipe every human from the face of the earth.

THIS IS AN EX-FANFICTION!!

When the ponies came, they tried to convert humanity with words and kindness, saying that they were misguided beings and the princesses would help them on the path to Harmony. When that failed, the ponies tried the potion, only for it's magic to be countered by humanity's science. Then they tried force and failed completely at that.
Finally they decided to let the Barrier defeat humanity and it seemed to work! Nearly 50% of the planet was covered with humanity doing it's best to find a solution.
Unfortunately, the ponies of Equestria are about to learn a harsh lesson that humanity learnt long ago. The Earth can be paradise for those who tame it, but to others it is hell.

Humanity is dead.
It's members have been converted and brainwashed. Its homeworld has been absorbed, and its culture has been eradicated.
Princess Celestia couldnt' be happier.

Unfortunately for Celestia, there are beings out there who don't look too kindly on xenocide. Beings much more powerful than her...

Author's note: For the record, I don't hate all TCB fics. My problem is with the ones that depict humans as irredeemable bastards whose only hope for salvation is to convert themselves into talking horses. They piss me off. They really piss me off.

After nearly escaping Zaheer and defeating Tirek, Korra and Twilight will never be the same again.

Thinking a change of scenery is needed, Korra decides to move in with Twilight at her new palace, but their relaxation is cut short when they receive a message from Sunset Shimmer in Canterlot High, informing them that three new students have suddenly arrived and plan on taking over not just the school, but the world.

The Princesses travel through the magic mirror and Korra meets the human counterparts of her bonded ponies for the first time, as well as mentally scarred Sunset Shimmer, who is still struggling with letting go of her past and is plagued by nightmares and visions of her monstrous self. The girls band, The Rainbooms compete in the school's Battle of the Bands in order to defeat the three girls, The Dazzlings, before they turn the whole school against each other.

But, will Twilight be able to get her mojo back in order to make the counter spell they will need to defeat their foes? Will Sunset Shimmer relinquish her past in order to move on and help her friends?

Sometimes, the best way to solve your own problems...is by helping someone else with theirs.

Sunset loved Twilight. Twilight always loved Trixie. And now, they had finally achieved what they wanted, stay together. But Sunset feel something wrong, something inside her was confused. She never had time to admit what she felt for Twilight, and now she could no longer. Sunset decides to write a letter. She want to have one last little talk with Twilight before Trixie take her from Sunset, forever.

Celestia and Luna have a argument so big, they aren't even called Sisters anymore. Now Equestria is joining the army to vote who is the best ruler: Celestia, or Luna? War is among us, and Luna has found a way into the human world...as well as Celestia. Now with a huge crossover with humans, video games, and anything else you can think of, the war will get bigger and stronger. Here's the bad part: when the Mane Six tried to join the army to stop their distruction, they are put on different sides, and slowly losing their friendship.

Will the Mane Six be able to fix their friendship and stop war once and for all? Will the Solar Empire win the war? Will the New Lunar Republic win this war? And who else is coming to battle? Read this amazing and very long story as you discover...who wins.

I did some things I regret in my life, both as a pony and as a human. They're mistakes that will probably leave traces in some form for the rest of my life.

But that doesn't mean I won't try to change. Even if the past does follow me wherever I go...

EDIT: While this was initially started as just a quick thing I wrote for the Equestria Daily Friend Off that I threw together at the last minute, I have now decided to improve on and expand it.

Some lessons stay with use since childhood and even if we grow up we still remember.
Sunset Shimmer was no other.
There's a lesson that staid with her forever.

Just one night with Princess Celestia's help, she learns that even in the darkest places, there's always light.
