Fluttershy has to fill in for Rainbow Dash when the latter doesn't show up to help Pinkie make cupcakes. A series of circumstances lead Fluttershy to discover Pinkie's little secret...

The Starship Enterprise and her crew must deal with a scientist haunted by his past, armed with a tool that could either revive his lost world in a new form or bring untold destruction. Meanwhile, the last two members of a dying race have made their way into the Enterprise's holodeck and have started up a simulated world to live in, populated by colorful talking ponies that seem to transcend the limitations of normal holodeck characters.

From another perspective, Twilight Sparkle and her friends must deal with strangers from another world who make claims that shake the very foundations of Equestrian history, science and philosophy. Can even the Magic of Friendship stand up to the possibility that the world is a simulation? Or do the ponies have what it take to prove to the strangers the truth of their existence?

While training Sweetie Belle in the use of her magic, Twilight finds a tape and a lemon on her door step, the former of which seems to be the ramblings of an insane man claiming to be one Cave Johnson, a man who comissioned a combustible lemon be made so he could get even with life.

but surely the lemon Twilight found is just a lemon, right?

Sequel to Aperture in my Heart. Chell is lost, and it is up to the ponies to make sure she returns home. However, between Chell and home stands an angry, all-powerful AI, test chambers, and lemons. A ton of lemons.

But no one, not even Space and Wheatley, knows what is waiting for them deep in the bowels of Aperture....

Luna has been banished to the moon by her sister. After 1000 years in isolation, the poor alicorn is truly sorry for what she did and is ready to come home. But when a strange visitor befriends Luna in her isolation, the two find their stories of banishment to the moon merit many similarities. Luna's new friend offers her the key to her escape, but also rekindles the hatred in her heart, a hatred that took the mare 1000 years to forget.

It was the perfect day in Equestria. The sun was shining brightly, the ponies blissfully lazing through their daily routines. That is, until GLaDOS appears.

Destroyed by Chell on Earth, GLaDOS now finds herself in Equestria, in a brand new body. One that is far more powerful than her previous one. She then kindly introduces everypony to her old friend, deadly neurotoxin.

[Takes place after Portal 1]

After GLaDOS is uploaded into a potato battery, Wheatley humiliates the AI even further by uploading her into a project that was abandoned by Aperture a long time ago. In the blink of an eye, she finds herself in a deformed body of flesh and bone that resembles an equine, and is just as powerless as one too. It comes with all of its needs and bodily functions as well. To make matters worse, she's trapped in a land full of insufferable creatures that just want to make 'friends.' Will GLaDOS' cold, sadistic sense of humor and morals get the better of the ponies? Or will they peel away the once artificial being's metallic shell and find that there's a softer side? Probably not, but it's worth a try.

GLaDOS is free of Chell, free to continue testing, when she discovers a portal gun Wheatley tried to repair with duct tape. When the portal gun catastrophically fails, the enrichment center, GLaDOS, and Chell are literally dropped in the middle of Equestria. The mute test subject soon finds the world of ponies far more welcoming than the human world. But GLaDOS sees possibilities. Let the testing begin... for science.

There is a dragon problem, and the Mane 6 are there to stop it. However, something goes wrong and they wake up in the blocky world of Minecraft. They find Spike and use him to contact Princess Celestia to get out. But will they survive until Celestia can help? Or will they just die and respawn several times?
