Often called a psychotic, meth dealing hillbilly with a habit of untamed violence and murder sprees, Trevor Philips is someone that no one wants to mess with. The body pile he leaves behind and then sets on fire just for the heck of it proves that. But after a particularly deadly drug deal gone wrong, Trevor finds himself in a place even his disturbed mind has difficulty comprehending.

The feeling is mutual for the ponies.

A Borg sphere is thrown across the Delta Quadrant to Equestria thanks to an unkown event that also shifts Voyager out of Borg space, and crash lands on the planet's surface.

Witnessing this, Twilight Sparkle finds the mysterious metal ball that fell from the sky in hopes of discovering a new species, but the Borg are more interested in her magic than being friends.

Then something lands with a thunderous crash in his garden.

With everyone away on royal business in Canterlot, Shining Armor is left with the seemingly easy task of taking care of the Cutie Mark Crusaders.

He should have listened to Fluttershy.

Now, with the 3 fillies completely out of control on the first of seven nights, Shining must call up an old "acquaintance" to help him out.

It started as a normal day, my dad and mom just left the house and my brother is still asleep. However when I get to turning over on my side I find a certain light blue unicorn next to me in bed. reluctant to tell me anything I have to cope with living with the "Great and Powerful Trixie," as she has introduced herself as, though I know her true title.

Isolated from her friends and taken prisoner in the middle of a war, Twilight must deal with the very real dangers of being percieved as an enemy as well as the nightmares of her arrival on 'Earth'. Can she overcome her own fears and the fears of her captors? Will the wayward unicorn's assistance be a boon or a curse to the 'humans?' Most importantly, will she ever find her way home?

"In short, it's a story of friendship and plasma rifles, with the emphasis on the friendship. The characters are well written, the XCOM setting is fleshed out very well, and the story is compelling. If you love XCOM, you'll love the story, but even if you've never heard of it, it's more than worth giving the first 3 chapters a read.

There's excellent action later on, but the real strength lies in the collision between the friendly and naive world of Twilight Sparkle and the desperate world of humans fighting a losing war for survival and willing to do anything to turn the tide."

While dealing with post traumatic stress brought on by the events surrounding his wedding, Shining armor is awoken in the middle of the night by a call requesting his presence. An unmasked changeling has appeared at the gates to Canterlot requesting to speak with Shining armor, and he's not speaking to anypony else. What does he want? And is there something sinister behind this, or is it all in Shining's head?

Queen Chrysalis and Princess Jade are worried. Equestria, and the planet Sol, are about to be plunged into a chaos the likes of which have not been seen since the War of the Sun and the Moon almost a thousand years ago. The problem is, the changelings are the only ones who know it is coming. The second problem is, every other race despises the changelings, viewing them as a lesser race. So Chrysalis and her sister hatch a desperate plan: To infiltrate the rankings of Equestria and gain their trust, so that the ponies might once again trust the Peacekeepers of old. Should Princess Jade fail... everything will be plunged into darkness and madness.
