A year after Tirek's defeat, an evil far more ancient than Equestria itself arises to bring death and destruction in its wake. But what would happen if one day magic ceased to exist? What would happen to society as we know it? What would happen if that were to occur today?

When the combined forces of the Changelings, Diamond Dogs, and Griffins successfully conquer Equestria, Rainbow Dash, Spike, and a band of survivors find themselves fighting for survival. Their mission: to retake their nation from the invaders who killed their friends and destroyed all they know.

Its been nearly a year since Spike decided to travel Equestria for himself on a road of self discovery. During his travels he comes across a dying changling begging for his help, Spike is led to a dying Queen Chrysalis. Spike chooses to help Chrysalis however he can, but what he doesn't know is that he has just began a journey to love and discovery.

Seven years after an incedeint with Spike. The mane six, the CMC and the princesses take a ride on a galleon. Which is soon taken over by an enemy ship. They take the ponies in board and plan to hold them captive for ransom, leaving the crew on small rowing boats. It seems there dates are sealed. Until a Drake, his ship and crew board the ship. It will be a very interesting week's ride home.
