236889 i know who will die, who will be hurt (both emotionally and physically), and how the basics go the whole plot is swirling in my head i know everything but im neither confirming nor denying fluttershy's death
As others have said before me, the story is starting to pick up- the metaphoric rolling stone of this story has started to gain momentum, and I can't wait to see where that momentum takes it. I'm also looking forward to seeing how you will incorporate Fluttershy into this whole mess we like to call post-apocalyptic Earth. And lastly, this whole story's giving off a heavy Fallout vibe, but with a modern-day technology twist thrown in there -- and I like it. Keep up the good work.
I'm willing to bet money on IF she dies, it will be spectaculary epic. Perhaps she is shot from a cannon into space, or does a whole "last stand" shtick against an army of ferocious machete-wielding grizzly bears?
236984 i do understand where you come from on the fallout vibe, which is ok (i personally love fallout). fluttershy will be incorporated deeply, since she was referenced in the summary, and thanks for the positive comment friend
237109 kill fluttershy? don't you dare other than that, this story's coming along nicely and can't wait to see where it goes. and good luck with school
240904 lol, well what else can they sell? not like the very small struggling settlements they alluded to could possibly want applecider well, maybe one...
i have said to much come now fluttershy! to the fluttercave!!
oh dear lord all the survivors are ponies aren't they?....good,,,good now we get to see how you do In close comb-- I mean portraying already established characters I doubt you'll disappoint
You have me hooked. Just because you have chosen my favourite weapon ever. The M14 EBR has to be one of my favourite rifles, the entire thing is just bad ass! If I could own 1 rifle it would be that one. And I also like how you killed off flim and flam. Great job! I look forward to reading the rest of this.
If you were to come accross and armoury, the rounds wouldnt already be in the magazine. There would be boxes of rounds, and containers of magazines. IRL, soldiers have to fill their own mags. Also, if he researched guns as much as you say, he wouldnt need a manual to operate the weapon. They really arent complicated, especially if you have played games. (Not saying games are an accurate representation, just that they give enough of an idea to work it out through trial and error)
“Most powerful hand gun in the world.”
Also, isn't the most powerful the .50 Deagle, not the .44 magnum?
A few more things to point out: 1. If he could only barely stand, how did he have enough strength in his legs to haul around more than 75 lbs. of combat gear? 2. If he has never fired a gun before, he would miss... BADLY. 3. If he has never killed anybody before, he would be suffering from a SEVERE case of P.T.S.D. and be shaking all over. 5. Quick-drawing a handgun of ANY kind in a stressful situation requires TONS of practice. He would not be able to do it on his first try. 6. After 30 days or so, gasoline looses its flammability. How was anybody able to manufacture fresh gasoline? That takes crude oil, a refinery, and MONTHS of patience. Not to mention the know-how of separating the different octanes so they don't blow out the engine by using J.P. 5 or higher fuel, or lower combustion rate fule like diesel.
Just as a heads up, if there are no actual Ponies in this story, I will stop reading.
good ridance
flim and flam are stupid
