I'd like to say I'm sad to see this go, and don't get me wrong, I was utterly sad to see the "complete" tag on this story. I want to say I'm happy after reading chapter one of "Same Old Fight" because it's the sequel to this, and more of your work, but it would feel... almost dirty, being happy about it. It's more of a bittersweet contentment. No spoilers, but that whole ordeal left a very unpleasant taste in my... eyes? I can only hope that something good comes of all of that. Somehow.

Lovely fic! I enjoyed Daniel's character he seems just like an ordinary guy and it fit well, he wasn't too outrageous nor too subdued he was just right. The concept was rather good and you portrayed Ponyville and all it's people surprisingly well! Overall It's an 8.7 in my book great job!

Started off a little rough, but I got into the setting and started to dig it. I really hate villains that never get defeated though, makes the heros efforts feel useless.

I actually like the villians who are very difficult to beat or pretty much unbeatable. While it does bring the feeling of futility it also brings with it a feeling of stubborn resilience in the face of inevitable defeat. Holding the line against all odds kinda feeling.

Dude I love your story, I think it's epic and I'm going to read the whole thing which isn't something I do normally. Your story might have a few parts that don't make much sense but I can overlook that while reading because it's entertaining which is hard to be said about other stories with this sort of set up.
