I have no idea which ones of these spelling errors are supposed to be there and which ones aren't, as such, I'll just point out where the spelling errors are that don't seem to belong. (Just so that you know exactly where they as opposed to me simply stating "There are some spelling errors in this story")
Night court was still 4 hours away, she made sure all her stars were correct and she essentially made sure that her sister did manage troll her today(though there were 3 close calls.). Not sure, but i think you mean through instead of troll

The few spelling errors that there are in this story certainly dosen't subtract from the interest(ingness?) of this. The sentence structure seems a bit odd to me, such as when Applejack and Rainbow Dash are introduced, but this story has certainly earned itself a thorough read-through.

Trixie got to work with the paint. She colored her coat Lime green with a lime green horn. Her mane was completely white with a blue stripe running the length of it. The same pattern was also on her tale. Finally, she expertly painted a perfect Transmutation Circle as her cutie mark which was a star with a circle around it.
Starting with the above and hoping I understood "lime green" and "blue" as you imagined, I came up with this:
