Brand is a step above his brothers and sisters, vassal to the youngest lady of one of the most renown changeling noble houses and trained infiltrator and bodyguard. He travels to Edgewood to deliver news to his lady charge while she is undercover, and retrieve her report for her elder sisters. Along the way, he reflects upon the ponies he is surrounded by, and grabs a snack or two along the way...

Occurs concurrently with Chapter 4 of The Wardens of Edgewood.

Just a little kind of rant-story about Christmas (or whatever you call it) commercialisation... and about every other holiday. Why is this here early? Because this stuff always starts this early. Saw an ad in the paper, 'Santa is here get a photo with him!' so many peeves. Probably done before but heck, I'll do it again! Also, title is not a typo.

On the subject of misleading cover art, only Rarity, Twilight, Spike and some background ponies features here, I couldn't really find a cover art suitable for this.

Everything is not what it seems in Equestria. Twilight wakes up one day and comes to realize this soon enough. She has lived her entire life through lies and illusions. Queen Chrysalis is behind it all and Twilight must find a way to combat this horrible entity and her minions as well. All the while fighting the thoughts inside her head questioning her existence and her current situation. Will Queen Chrysalis win or will it be Twilight's thoughts in the end that make her crack from the stress of it all?

Ten new ponies come into town out of nowhere. They claim to be peaceful, but when a murder is committed, Twilight's early suspicions get out of control. Conflict erupts between the newcomers, the citizens of Ponyville, and even the "mane" six. But, there is a secret behind all of this that no pony expects...

Equestria is under attack by the changelings in many places, one of which being Fillydelphia. Many have died, few have survived. Two of which are a pair of sisters: Ready Steady, a track and field athlete that's known to have good records on ground AND in the skies, and Get Set, a little filly who wishes to follow in her older sister's hoofsteps. Their escape by train led them to safety, but in different locations. How will these two sisters reunite with one another? Are they're capable of protecting themselves from any more changelings?

Oblivia, a lonely and young Changeling, wanders into Manehattan. Will she be able to survive in this big city, or will the hatred towards her kind be her doom? Only time will tell.
