The Doctor winds up on a far off planet inhabited by pony-like creatures. The planet seems peaceful enough, but strange things keep appearing and disappearing, and he decides to take a deeper look into this subject. Things don't go entirely as planned, though, when he comes across someone very familiar.

This story is a sequel to A Storm of Chaos: A Doctor Whooves Adventure

Isn't that always the way? The Doctor has finally gotten used to the idea of taking a little break from Cyberponies, genocidal madponies, gods of chaos, and the other assorted craziness that is his life, and his future self and companions just crash his place.

Literally.

Well, that can only mean one thing, can't it? Time to dive right back into that wibbly wobbly ball of timey wimey stuff. But can the Doctor deal with another one of himself for any length of time?

After the Doctor saved the world and got a new companion, Twilight Sparkle, he has been told she is moving. Her mother Twilight Velvet has a request for him. To go to check out the new school Twilight will be attending. But when he gets there he is thrown into a new adventure where he meets a strange Twilight, as well as an energy source in this school. Meeting old friends and helping bring together friends, the Doctor is in for an adventure even he has never done.

The Doctor always travels with a companion, usually a human. But when he appears on a world that he has no prior knowledge of, he picks up a new companion. One that is not human, but a pony named Twilight Sparkle.

Now that the Doctor has a new companion, what crazy adventures will they encounter in space and time?

Note: The Doctor being used in this story is the tenth incarnation, and he is not a pony, he is the humanoid Doctor. And this is not a romance, it's an adventure story.

A perfect day in Equestria. Applejack and Rainbow Dash are racing. Rarity is making a new dress line. Twilight Sparkle and Fluttershy are busy making new magical foods for Fluttershy's pets and all of the friends are planning to end the day with a nice picnic in Sweet Apple Acres. All of which may change when the hear that unmistakable sound of the legendary Tardis which lands right in the middle of Sweet Apple Acres. What will follow the Doctor is unknown but what is known is that Equestria will face a foe like no other.

The Doctor crash-lands on Karn, a planet he hoped he would never have to return to. There, he meets One Direction, who give him the power to end the Last Great Time War.

Meanwhile, on Gallifrey, the war threatens to destroy all creation.

Meanwhile again, the previously dead Doctor recruits Twilight Sparkle and himself in the fight against himself.

After the Tardis makes an emergency landing on an uncharted planet, The Doctor in an effort to find a way of fixing it comes across a small town filled with multi colored, talking ponies. It's there that he meets a lavender unicorn pony named Twilight Sparkle and her five friends Rarity, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, and Fluttershy. Things seem peaceful at first until the Doctor discovers a plot from an old enemy to not just kill him but enslave the ponies of Equestria as well. It's up to the Doctor and his new friends to stop this from happening.

A mysterious force is making ponies disappear in Ponyville. Twilight Sparkle enlists the help of the Doctor, and his companions Zoe and Jamie, to find the creature, save her friends, and save Equestria from the monster's evil plans.
