After the heartbreaking removal of Rory and Amy from his life, the Doctor decides to go into exile. But, as always, the Universe has other plans for him. During his voyage to his vacation spot, something goes wrong, landing him on the lowly planet of Equestria. The natives are peaceful enough; perhaps he can relax here instead?

[Author's Note: I twist the ending of 'The Angels take Manhattan' a bit. I changed it to suit my head-canon, so somewhat of an alternate universe fic. Not enough to be labeled as such, however. Comments and criticism are appreciated.]

Twilight had always known her kind to be a race of peace and kindness. However, when faced with something they don't quite understand, those bounds are tested. After a two legged creature arrives in Ponyville with a spear in hand and an injured Scootaloo, the citizens act in a manner which Twilight hadn't foreseen.

Perhaps the world around them isn't as black and white as she had once thought, but filled with shades of gray. Journey with Twilight and company, as they discover this for themselves as they venture beyond the borders of Equestria.

The RESPAWN (Reanimation Emulation Software for Preserving Authorized Weaponry and Neurons) system has been used ever since the REDs and BLUs have been at war. But a glitch in the system leads the mercenaries to an unusual setting.

Have you ever heard the Subconscious Collective? I guess the common term is: The Dreamscape (though how common is that said). The funny thing is; I can travel there. I can travel between dreams. It has a certain aspect to it that I love, makes the danger that it poses, worth it.
I bet you're wondering what kind of danger is waiting for me in a dream... It's more real than you think.

As Applejack is working the farm, she hears her sister scream. When she can't aid her cornered sister, an odd being steps in and risks it's own life for that of the fillies.

"What happened?"
"What is going on?"
"Why are we Pokémon?"
"Why are we in Equestria?"

So long story short, a brony and pegasister are sent to Equestria as Pokémon and they don't know how it happened or why. Now they must travel through Equestria to either find their way home, or live out the rest of their lives in a new world in new bodies. And only one of these questions will be answered.

"Where is Fluttershy with the cuddles?"
"..."
"Don't look at me like that, I know you want one too."
Probably going to be that one.

A new being appears in Equestria only one problem he wakes up in bed with Princess Luna, with no idea how he got there. How will everypony react to him? What will princess Celestia do to the first human to enter their world? Will he be banished when they find out his dark secret? Only time will tell.
