Her Majesty's Starship Philomena is a generational ship designed to save ponies from the devastation of Equus and ferry them to a new world. The trip will take 150 years: the first generation will carry on the memory of the old world, and the third will set hoof on the new world.

The second generation is ash and engine grease: those born in darkness and destined to die in darkness, who will never know the bounteous fruits of which the hydroponic gardens bear only echoes and promises. Twilight Sparkle is one such middle link, tasked with maintaining the hardware of the ship's onboard AI, Celestia.

This story is a sequel to Through The Multiverse

One year. It has been one year since the defeat of The Exiled and the restoration of the Foundation of all Dimensions. In that time things have drastically changed for one Twilight Sparkle. She ascended to Princesshood, gained a new castle and a new student on top of that in the form of Starlight Glimmer.

Things couldn’t be more perfect for her.

But when the evil speedster known only as The Reverse-Flash assembles a team of villains to scour the Multiverse in search of a weapon capable of changing the very fabric of reality, The Guardians of the Multiverse must reunite once again to stop this Legion of Doom from changing their very existence.

Can Twilight and the other Guardians stop the Legion from changing reality, as well as help Starlight Glimmer find her place in the grand scheme of things?

Or will the Multiverse be forever changed?

The Turtles and Rainbooms end up in Silver Hills after chasing an old enemy, so they have to team up with Time Force to stop a mutant threat from the future.

Twilight Sparkle rules the world. After consideration, she implements a new law: all offenders must be given a chance at redemption, before executions can be carried out. Shortly afterwards, Twilight shuts down Tartarus, claiming it a waste of her resources and having played host to too many breakouts. Now the prisoners within are offered a chance to redeem themselves by attending the Friendship School.

In this Academy, they are given the chance to start over, the task is simple: Learn the values of friendship and graduate. But that is easier said than done. Honesty lessons with Applejack, where mistaking a variety of Apple could be the last thing you do. Fluttershy's care of creatures, where every week a new beast will be tended to in order to show Kindness, though instructions on their care should be carried out to the letter, lest you end up on their menu. In Rarity's class, one best hope Rarity is in a generous mood should you miss a stitch. Rainbow Dash will teach you loyalty through...questionable means. And Pinkie Pie well she'll do anything for a laugh, best hope you are not the joke though.

Chrysalis enrolls in the academy, and is desperate to start over. Will Rarity ever forgive her? will Starlight ever accept her? will she make new friends? or will she be just another casualty of the maximum security friendship school?

The earth is, to most, an infinite well from which you can take what you want.

To Big Mac, the earth is just like any other thing. It gives and it takes.

It has given a lot to his family. It wants something back.
