Princess Luna knows a thing or two about nightmares and dream magic. Her duties at Night Court have become tedious. With the help of some forbidden power she reaches out to a certain Element of Magic for the companionship and knowledge of modern Equestria she desires. But while Luna is distracted and Celestia sleeps, an old evil returns with plans both dire and terrible and a new evil plots under their noses.
(Story takes places roughly between season 2 and season 3, so post-changlings, pre-Sombra)

Twilight's twenty-first birthday is coming up and the girls celebrate in Canterlot's vibrant bars and clubs, Luna is invited too, although she is not entirely familiar with such activities. Alcohol fuelled adventures abound!

Twilight is Princess Luna's one and only friend and everypony knows it. Neither of them ever thought that they would be anything more than friends. Twilight, Luna, Applejack and Rainbow Dash go on a camping trip together while Rarity, Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy are away in Manehattan, but what adventures lie for them on the way? Will they make it in one piece? Exactly what are Applejack's feelings for Rainbow Dash? And who does Twilight like?

A friend notices Applejack acting odd and calls her out on it. With that prodding, our honest earth pony manages to cough up the truth to Twilight and is shocked when she is eager to try out being more than friends. Knowing they cannot put telling the others that are important to them, Applejack and Twilight are quick to make the rounds and things mostly go smoothly. In the end, things look bright for everyone.

Progress: (verb); to proceed closer to one's destination or goal.
It's usually intuitive for us to judge how close we are to something, how much further we have to go. But for others, data and numbers are a comforting reminder that progress is being made. But what if the numbers say something different? What if you're not growing closer to your goal, but straying farther from it?

Ever since Twilight introduced Rainbow Dash to books the pegasus has been spending more and more time at the library. Rainbow Dash is enjoying the personal time she is getting to spend with her new closest friend. Just how will these feelings play out when Rainbow Dash starts spending time alone with Twilight in her bedroom?

Equestria has made the discovery of the century. They found what they believed to be the last of the mythical race of the humans trapped inside of a large crystal. Curiosity takes hold and with the help of Twilight Sparkle and the elements of harmony they decide to set it free. But was that a wise decision?

Having joined the Wonderbolts to increase her skill as a flier and have fun seemed like a good idea long ago, but after seeing the accomplishments of Rainbow Dash, Spitfire begins to question her freedom, approaching the rainbow maned pegasus one night after a show. When Rainbow Dash is questioned about her motives to join the Wonderbolts, her answer surprises Spitfire, and the two come up with a wonderful idea.

This is my first ponyfic, so I'd like some feedback. If you have any questions I'm glad to answer. Of all the shipping I've seen this is probably my favorite, and this is my take on it.
