Dragons. Beasts of Fire and Fury. Of course, two things obviously come to mind when you think of these creatures. First, They're completely fantasy. Second, if they were real, then you would have to end up running away from them if you don't want to become their next meal. However, that's not quite the case for me, and I have a big friend who could say the same thing.

My name is Ken. You may see me as just an ordinary guy, but I'm not quite exactly what you may consider as "normal". I'm a Scalebound and I now made a pact with Revaan, the last dragon of his kind. From he knows of course. Now, we stick together and try to survive against huge monsters, manage my new life with a few friends from other dimensions and get along with the local population in a new world that I just happened to wake up in.

Oh, and another thing. That "population" I was talking about happens to be a massive group of ponies and various other species. Some who aren't as warm or receptive to seeing us as others are. Let's just hope we don't get on there bad side.

Takes place midway through Season 5 around the time episode 14 takes place. The narrative is first person and mostly takes place from Ken's Point of View. I want to thank Gale and a couple of other authors in the Displaced community who helped me come up with this. You guys are awesome.

Ethan McIntyre was a young man with aspirations to become an actor, stage magician, and/or special effects artist. So who else should he go to a convention as, but the special effects based supervillain, Mysterio! (The Animated One, because comic books ruined him like they did everything else!)
How could a purchase from a mysterious merchant lead to him being transported into a world of magic in which the inhabitants believe him to be a powerful sorcerer with villainous intentions?
Can Ethan pull of the part of a lifetime and fool the world into believing his abilities are not all just the super-tech versions of smoke and mirrors? Or will he fall before he finds the reason why he was displaced into such a strange turn of events? And will he stick to the moral compass he always followed, or lose his way to the temptation that comes from his new found role?

It happened over a decade ago. The day she was ripped from everything she had ever known, dumped in the wilderness alone and scared. She has since moved on from it, pushing that part of her life away. Now, just when things have once again settled down in her life, fate once again rips her home away from her.

Now, she has only one mission. Labeled a traitor by those who work for their own gain and on the run from a tyrant, she must complete her task, lest she let the memories of her loved ones be trampled on.

Her name is Esdeath.

A thousand years ago, a man by the name of Kuja appeared in Equestria. He quickly befriended the princesses, becoming known as the Silver Mage. Over time however, it become quite clear that he was very ill. No matter how hard they tried, they could not cure him, and rather than let him die, they placed him in a deep sleep, in hopes that one day, they would be able to heal him. This is the story of his life after his awakening, a thousand years later.

It use to be Sean, but after buying some stuff from a vendor dressed up as Junior from RWBY at RTX, I ended up in a world filled with talking mythical animals. Not to mention that I'm part animal as well. Monkey tails and extra agility are helpful, but with me showing up, I find out that I brought along some unexpected arrivals... Big... bloodthirsty arrivals.

My name's John. I guess my last name doesn't really matter any more. Life is ironic, isn't it? Life nurtures all kinds of species that can get along, but it also creates the species that kills others. In fact, there are some species, who's sole purpose is the death of everything but itself. I'm talking about diseases, of course. Viruses, bacteria, fungi, and even parasites. All my life, I found these things interesting. I loved studying them, so naturally I grew up to be an epidemiologist. When I wasn't studying diseases or doing other basic functions, I was playing one of my favorite games, Plague Inc. It's a game where you try to wipe out humanity using diseases. Over the years, I've become a master of the game, to the point where it isn't really a challenge anymore.

But, that all changed when the game sucked me into itself, and I wind up in a strange land, with even stranger creatures. But that isn't all. I've somehow gained the ability to create and control every single disease I can think of. Now, I have to survive in this harsh world, knowing that I'm one step away from wiping out the entire planet.

Like I said, life is ironic, right?

To any newcomers reading this fic, I want to point this out. The story may seem confusing in the first five chapters, as I was trying to figure out how I want to write the story. I won't be getting rid of any chapters, but some small points might contradict each other across both of them. These points hopefully won't affect much of the future.

With the mundane amount of space in the world around earth, a man named Craig is ripped from his reality and thrown into a new. As he ascends to the soil of equestria he is magically gifted by an unknown source to create or replicate anything from his worlds entertainment system on a whim. Grasping the reality that is now his home, he lives and follows his new found friends into endless adventures.

You know the deal, probably to the point that the descriptions themselves have become cliche, but here it goes. I went to a convention as Roxas from Kingdom hearts. After dealing with the merchant, I found myself in the land of Equestria from My Little Pony, around the time when Discord was first imprisoned. Being an avid fan, I decided to help Celestia and Luna imprison him. After that, we became friends. But after certain painful events, I found I couldn't face them anymore. So I left. And vowed never to return.

When a boy who is taken from a convention and granted the powers of the character he is dressed as, he finds himself in a state of self loathing, now he must come to terms with what he is while avoiding the ponies of Equestria

"My name is Kelly Randell. I have been a fan of Kamen Rider since Double, and I sort of have a thing for hot villains... Ryoma being my favorite of the bunch. So it comes as no surprise that I come dressed up as him to Comicon."

'So... if the title and art says that she's becoming Gold Drive, why then does the description imply that she becomes Duke?'

"So then I met this guy who was selling a bunch of trinkets. He offered me the limited edition Lemon Lockseed that hadn't even been released yet... but then I saw the badass Banno Driver. I bought that instead. I think I made a good purchase...

That's what I would have thought had I not then experienced a Slowdown and ended up in a world where everyone's skin is colored differently, I ended up as a professor in a high school, and the Driver had become active. Yes. Banno's active. I'd be afraid, but right now I have other problems, like the local bully or Roidmudes randomly popping up everywhere. And don't get me started on that edgy Little Red Riding Hood cosplayer.

Arc 1 (Chapters 1-6): The Golden Drive Arc, the beginning arc for this fanfic in which Kelly adjusts to both the new world and her powers as Gold Drive, and how she's not the only Displaced in this world.
Arc 2 (Chapters 8-14): The Shimmering Sunset Arc, in which Kelly learns about being a Displaced, her place in the universe she had been thrown into, and how there's a threat that could be bigger than she could ever imagine.
Arc 3 (Chapters 15-??): The Dazzling Adagio Arc, in which Kelly ends up having to face both the Roidmudes and the Dark Swan at the same time, and how she ends up receiving help from the most unlikely of allies.
