Jason's life has grown dull. While some may have thought that the weekly monster attacks might have kept him on his toes, he had grown to learn that as the norm around town. Now, after months of living in Ponyville, he can't shake the feeling that there is a void in his life. He follows his usual routine every day: breakfast, a quick shower, followed by a quick walk to the park to read the newspaper. One morning, he finds two parents playing with their filly in the playground. As he watches, an idea sparks within his mind: why not adopt a pony of his own?

A Displaced story.

How would you feel, I wonder, if your reality was torn out from under you, to have your life stripped away in the strangest of circumstances, and thrust into a world you have no understanding of, with no way to get home. Now living the life of a star spirit, who without starlight, you simply cease to exist until the next night brings you back.

How would you cope, if you were only ten years old at the time?

For our young heroine, the answer was simple. She didn't.

Her name is now Mare, and she wants to be left alone.

The character Mare is from the Visual Novel Hoshizora no Memoria -Wish upon a Shooting Star, But is unlikely to contain any elements from there apart from the appearance, abilities and some mannerisms of the character Mare, so prior knowledge is unnecessary, and even mildly discouraged, as I will not be entirely faithful to the source material, and most things will be explained in the story.

To save time, rather than putting this on individual chapters, I'll just say that This story has been edited by m2pt5, and probably will be for the foreseeable future, and is much better off for it.

Lord Tempestus once lead armies under the banner of King Lunarum. Five crusades, five victories. Only, his final crusade ended in disaster with the banishment of the Crystal Empire. A thousand years later the Captain General is pulled out of the dungeon and brought back into the light. Without wars to fight, and with Equestria no longer in need of his military prowess he finds himself at a loss of what to do. The Alien attack on Voluntas Station is over! Twilight and White Lightning took what they could during the escape, including Scootaloo. With death clouding their minds they all hope that it is all over, that Gash is dead and that it will all stay in Voluntas. They dream that their lives will move on and that the events will rest as memories and that they will heal and make room for new, positive memories.

However dreams are called dreams for a reason. After being rescued and brought to Fortwaid station for medical treatment and rest. The organism returns and with it, the slaughter! Twilight Sparkle, weak, hurt, and afraid must once again fight to survive. Could it be the end of the Xenomorph, or will Twilight find her own ending...in death?

What if you had the ability to control time? So much so that you're basically able to do anything? My answer, is make some friends! Now if only everypony wasn't afraid of me.

I just wanted to have fun in Comic-Con with my sister. But I just had to buy something from the merchant, so here I am in an anthro-pony land with no clue at what is going on. At least the locals seem friendly enough.
